Easy and quick check in . All staff were excellent. Room fine for overnight stay and easy access to airport with a shuttle. Selection of food available to buy was excellent. We had dinner from the bar menu which was very good, perhaps a little pricey! The hotel was quiet, bed comfortable and I like how you could open a window if wanted .

Close to the airport with free shuttle service every half an hour. Staff very friendly and accomodating (asked for a late check out for 3 rooms/ griup booking). Good restaurant and bar. Great breakfast

Clean, tidy. Nice having restaurant so could get late dinner after late arrival flight.Room faced street but double glazing meant did not hear any noise. Would stay there again.

The staff was amazing...behind the desk, shuttle drivers, in the dining room. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent.

Having a free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge bonus for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the outdoor seating area of the bar. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, just checking in, arranging for the morning shuttle, and looking at the restaurant menu, but everyone was nice and efficient.

Location is great and easy to get to. Lots of free onsite parking which is super helpful. Room was large and spacious, and the bed and pillows were amazing and very comfortable. Decor in room was tasteful. The capsule coffee machine in the room was a nice touch as were the complementary biscuits.

I don't review often but only when I have been suitably impressed. We needed a short stay near the airport and wanted a restaurant. I need a comfortable bed which is most important to me. Jet Park had very comfortable beds and the room and bathroom were spotless. We were skeptical about the in house restaurant, before we ate. This was one of the best meals I had had in New Zealand, I had the steak which was perfectly cooked. The staff were attentive and service good throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel as a short stay but also someone to stay while exploring Auckland.

It was easy to find (using maps) the hotel was better than I thought. Staff were welcoming. We were in building 4 so it was abit of a walk for me from main reception ONLY because I’m on crutches but if I wasn’t then it’s not that far. We only needed a place to stay cause we came for a concert. Beds were comfy for us we crashed out as soon as we got back at 1am. Buffet breakfast was yum definitely better than a maccas breakfast! It was worth the add on! We enjoyed our stay and would most likely stay here again if we need a place to stay.
